The Lingang science and technology park is located within Shanghai’s Free Trade Zone (FTZ). The idea to develop the park comes as part of a broader measure to attract foreign investors. However, with construction on the way to build the park, there are increasing requirements for effective methods to clean up the dirt and debris in the surrounding areas and public roads.
Autowise.ai deployed autonomous cleaning vehicles in the Lingang science and technology park. To avoid increasing traffic congestion during rush hour, the sweepers operated at night time.
The autonomous sweeper fleet covered a total mileage of 400 kilometers per day and cleaned, swept and sucked up most debris
